This is an introductory course to help attendees understand ESQL at a high level. There are 3 content tracks that lend to the attendees learning.
After attending this workshop on ES|QL, a transformative piped query language and engine from Elastic, students will be equipped with a range of skills and knowledge.
• Gain Practical Experience: Students will get hands-on experience using ES|QL within Kibana, working with real data. This practical exposure will help them become proficient in utilizing ES|QL for various applications.
• Improve Operational Efficiency: Attendees will learn how to use ES|QL to enhance the efficiency of their operations, making data processing workflows simpler and faster.
• Enhance Security Measures: The workshop will provide insights on how to use ES|QL for iterative threat hunting via example, enabling students to better identify and mitigate security risks.)
• Understand Data More Deeply: Through the use of aggregations and visualizations in Kibana, participants will learn how to interpret and understand their data more comprehensively.
• Complete a prerequisite for advanced ES|QL workshops / courses.
